Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking a Server Waiter Waitress to become an integral part of our team You will take orders and serve food to patrons at the dining establishment.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve food and beverages to guests
  • Explain to guests about menu items
  • Clean and prepare the dining areas
  • Greet and make all guests feel welcome at the restaurant
  • Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely fashion
  • Perform other restaurant duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service, food service, or other related fields
  • Ability to build rapport with guests
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Company DescriptionWe are a very small family owned restaurant. The R & R stands for Rhonda and Rodney which is a husband/wife team. We based our business around our family. Rhonda is the sole owner that decided to start a restaurant business because Rodney is able to retire in a few short years and she would like to join him. We pride ourselves on our original menu and great food. Our menu displays our food specials as our children and parents names.

We started our business January 7th, 2020 (just 2 months before the COVID) and we are still holding on. We are constantly reinventing ourselves due to all of the things that happened over the past year. With Rhonda having no prior restaurant experience, it was a bit of a challenge and was definitely intensified by the COVID striking them so early in this journey.
