Responsibilities:

  • Manage cash flow and liquidity to support operational needs
  • Oversee bank reconciliations and cash forecasting activities
  • Collaborate with the CFO on treasury management strategies
  • Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency
  • Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with GAAP standards
  • Conduct variance analysis and provide insights to support decision making
  • Lead and mentor accounting team, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Assist in special projects and initiatives as directed by the CFO


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance CPA preferred
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
  • Software: Sage Intacct accounting software Excel Advanced
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Proven leadership skills
