We're currently seeking a Staff Recruiter to join our team at several locations around the Chicago land area Addison, Alsip, Summit, and Joliet In this role, you'll be responsible for various activities related to light industrial placements, as well as reassigning existing ones.
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to positively impact the lives of both candidates and teammates by matching them to great job opportunities and providing them with affordable benefits. You'll be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent within the light industrial sector using various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
Additionally, you'll conduct thorough candidate interviews to evaluate their skills, qualifications, and values fit for client positions, ensuring that they meet both job-specific and compliance requirements.
Ensuring that all recruitment processes comply with legal and industry standards.
Assisting with maintaining accurate and organized records of candidates and clients.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and teammates will be essential to the success of their partnerships.
In addition to recruitment responsibilities, you'll also be assisting with day-to-day operations such as auditing, payroll, customer solutions, and handling complaints.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or other related fields
- Strong understanding of the light industrial sector, including warehousing, and logistics
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills via phone, email, and in person.
- Fluent in both Spanish and English
