Key Responsibilities:

  • Shift Management:

    • Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities across three shifts to ensure continuous plant operations.
    • Schedule and allocate maintenance tasks and resources efficiently to meet operational demands.
    • Ensure proper shift handovers and communication between shifts to maintain continuity.

  • Maintenance Oversight:

    • Oversee and inspect the maintenance of equipment, machinery, and facilities to ensure compliance with safety standards and operational requirements.
    • Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans to reduce equipment downtime and extend the lifespan of machinery.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, collaborating with engineering and technical staff as needed.

Qualifications:
