Job DescriptionJob Description

GENERAL OBJECTIVE: The IT Coop will help maintain and maintenance plant and office workstations including software setups and patching, install computer systems and network devices, update and repair technology, and help maintain inventory of hardware and software.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. 1. Must be knowledgeable in Microsoft Office, Windows 10, and Windows 11.
  2. 2. Install and configure PCs, system(s) parts.
  3. 3. Provide software support and training to end-users.
  4. 4. Phone system, camera, badge / security, T1tag printer, and handheld maintenance
  5. 5. Fax, copier, and video conference support
  6. 4. IT support of office, direct line, and network users.
  7. 5. Maintain PC inventory
  8. 6. Aid in security of network and PC architecture
  9. 7. Aid in system and program documentation
  10. 8. Provide support for technology-related project work.
  11. 9. Web design and coding.
  12. 10. Helpdesk ticketing systems. Additional knowledge in the following area is considered a plus:
  13. 1. Windows Server 2019 - current, VM Ware, and SQL Server (all versions)

EDUCATION: College student or recent college graduate with experience in computer programming/support, operating systems, telecommunications and network systems.
