We are seeking a skilled Staff Pharmacist for a 13-week inpatient hospital contract in Winamac, Indiana. This position offers an opportunity to excel in a professional healthcare setting with a focus on patient-centered care.

Job Details:

  • Shift: Day shift (7am - 5pm), Monday to Friday
  • Location: Inpatient hospital setting with occasional coverage in outpatient pharmacy
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Efficient order entry and management
    • Pharmacy dosing of antibiotics according to established protocols
    • Primary involvement in inpatient pharmacy operations
    • Coverage of outpatient pharmacy one day per week

Schedule:

  • Rotating weekends and on-call shifts as required

Required Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in an inpatient hospital pharmacy setting preferred
  • Ability to adapt and learn CPSI order entry and OmniCell automation systems
  • Active Indiana pharmacist license
