We are seeking to hire a full time Construction Cost Estimator for a High End Flooring Company.

Requirements: Must have experience in Construction Cost Estimating.

An organized, Meticulous, extreemly detail oriented individual who is able to multitask and work independently. Proficient in MS Office and basic computer knowledge. Knowledge of construction management a MUST.

The primary purpose of this position is to provide strong Estimating and administrative skills (calendar management, Sending out Invoices and Proposals, maintaining inventory and organization throughout the office).

Provide exceptional internal and external customer service, over the phone and in person.

Able to read construction drawings and perform quantity take offs.

Skills in Microsoft Office Programs, Outlook and Adobe Acrobat is required.

Experience in Procore, Building Connected and PlanSwift preferred.

Excellent verbal and writing skills in English.

We are conveniently located in Midtown Manhattan
