Tire and Lube Technician

Please note; this role is based in Portland, OR

We are currently seeking ​a Tire Lube Technician to become an integral part of our team

Responsibilities:

• Perform lube and fluid services, Tire repairs, and Mounting and balancing of tires
• Perform routine mileage services and test driving for customer complaints
• Helping keep the shop clean and safe. Assisting the owner in needed equipment services and maintenance
• General helper for the other two techs. A chance to learn brakes and alignments
• Tire repairs and Mounting and balancing of tires
• Windshield wiper replacements, fluids, etc.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as an automotive technician, mechanic, or other related fields
• All aspects of oil and filter service. Fluid services on Transmission., drive axles and 4x4 systems,
• Strong mechanical aptitude skills are a plus
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• A current driver's license is a must with a fair to good driving record
• Prior experience working with Mitchell 1 or Shop Key software
