Entry-Level Apartment Groundskeeper/Porter needed in Raleigh, NC. Full-time, Monday through Friday. Looking for a team player that is ready to jump in and get started

Responsibilities

  • Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing
  • Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards
  • Cleaning of community areas , pool, washroom, office common grounds
  • Clean up, mowing lawns and keeping grounds
  • Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of grounds equipment
  • Collect trash, and other grounds maintenance clean-up duties
  • Maintain grounds and remove litter

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license
  • Elligible to work in the US
