If you are a skilled CNC Machinist looking for an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic manufacturing environment in Canton, OH, we want to hear from you. This position provides on-the-job training and competitive benefits. Looking for 3p-11p shift availability.

This is a direct hire position.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate CNC lathe and CNC mill
  • Set up and operate CNC machines to fabricate parts according to specifications
  • Conduct quality control inspections using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, bore gauges
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
  • Continuously improve processes through the application of lean manufacturing principles

Qualifications:

  • Ability to read blueprints and micrometers
  • Prior machine operation experience
  • CNC milling/lathing preferred
  • Experience in 5-axis milling is a plus
  • Union-shop experience is a plus
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
