As we expand, we’re looking for a talented 1st shift Maintenance Supervisor to join our dynamic team and help elevate our operations.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Lead and coach a team of 15 mechanics across 3 shifts in our fast-paced food processing environment.
  • Plan and execute regular preventative and predictive maintenance schedules.
  • Oversee hiring, workforce planning, scheduling, employee relations, and development.
  • Ensure a safe working environment while fostering continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to capital projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues to keep production on track.
What We’re Looking For:
  • High School Diploma or GED required; BS/BA/AAS degree or Maintenance certifications preferred.
  • 5+ years of manufacturing maintenance leadership experience, preferably in food processing.
  • Proven skills in troubleshooting electrical and mechanical breakdowns, with the ability to teach these skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • A positive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and the capability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
Preferred Experience:
  • Background in food, consumer products, high-speed packaging, or any high-speed manufacturing.
  • Military veterans are highly encouraged to apply – your skills are a great fit for our environment.
  • Proficiency in reading blueprints and schematics.
  • Experience with PLCs, VFDs, slicers, wrappers, ovens, freezers, and similar equipment is a plus.
