Qualification and Skills:
2+ years DTG (Direct to Garment) (Brother Machines a plus)
2+ years vinyl
2+ years leading a team and delegating
History of managing complex processes with multiple stakeholders
Requires a flexible and energetic personality who thrives in a team atmosphere
Self-management and the management of others (from Generation X to Generation Z)
Must set the example as a leader and hold other accountable through coaching, training, verbal and written feedback, and potential corrective action
Can identify personality conflicts and address with coaching and counseling
Strategic planning, systematic organization, attention to detail, and thoroughness are required
Managing competing priorities, adjusting, and flexing to the changing needs of the business
Strives for excellence in their own work, and empowers team members to do the same
Problem solving - Ability to identify, analyze, and troubleshoot to locate and eliminate cause
Ability to lift 30 lbs regularly
Can be on your feet doing repetitive tasks for 10 hour shifts
Flexible schedule and transportation to and from work to account for staying late to meet deadlines
Exceptional Customer Service - must be able to communicate with clients about an order that does not meet expectations, provide pleasing options, and remedy the situation with the client directly to satisfaction

Ensure all orders are completed with a 15% time buffer
Maintain excellent quality of prints
Maintain regular maintenance on all machinery used for production

If a machine is malfunctioning, must fill out Work Order, put in trouble ticket, and remedy the issue in a timely manner
Keep all decoration materials (vinyl, ink, etc) are stocked, cycled properly, and maintained
Supervises production training initially, and continuous training for all production employee throughout the year
Ensuring that all special orders or reprints have arrived on time and will be ready to print when it’s next on the calendar
Continuous learning on management and delegation
Must be confident and alert to set up and take down all machines every day, and perform basic troubleshooting steps unassisted after acclimation to machines
Checks all orders before they are texted to ensure quality order fulfillment
Provides energizing coaching and feedback to sales/design team as much as needed to ensure frictionless order fulfillment
Researches processes that will continue personal learning,and help develop systems and strategies that will leave to individual and team success
Always on the lookout for ways to make printing easier, better, or cheaper
Maintains the binders related to all machinery. Binders are to be organized and maintained for easy access to information related to maintenance, upkeep, and troubleshooting
Advocate in a professional way for yourself and your team
Acts as an inbetween to solve problems between production crew, sales, and management
Machine Management - maximizing the use of each press, machine, and production employee on a weekly and daily basis
Keeping production area clean and tidy to reduce friction from misplaced or lost tools
Actively participates in goal-setting and measuring performance
