Schedule carriers for outbound shipments
Facilitate sales order fulfillments in the ERP system
Invoice outbound orders upon shipment
Maintain outbound log
Create packing slips, BOLs and export documentation whenever required
Cross-Departmental Coordination
Coordinate communication with cross functional teams., such as Sales Ops, Inventory,
and Distribution team members among different buildings on campus
Coordinate warehouse transfers with intra-departmental staff, 3PL and cross functional
teams.
Support daily cycle counting with Inventory Control and warehouse staff whenever
needed
Other
Follow shipping and receiving policies and procedures
Act as back-up to Warehouse Administrator to support EDI functions, vendor
management, and related paperwork in the Warehouse Administrator’s absence
Cross-train to support distribution team members with shipping preparation tasks when
needed (such as pallet wrapping)
Ensure that all GMP’s (Good Manufacturing Practices) are followed
Support a safe working environment by following all safety protocols, reporting any
unsafe conditions or observed, unsafe conduct
Perform other tasks and projects as directed by the manager
