Position Overview 

HomeVestors (HVA) supports its franchisees by providing proven systems, support and numerous benefits through its strategic partners and approved vendors.   The objective of the Franchise Concierge – Vendor Relations Coordinator is to facilitate effective communication and collaboration between our franchisees and vendors, ensuring mutually beneficial relationships.   You will work closely with the National Vendor Relations Manager to assist the franchisees in maximizing the use of the HVA Vendor Program.
 

Primary Responsibilities: 

·Proactively contact franchisees about the vendor program.

·Assist in the development of procurement strategies for franchise owners to maximize savings. 

·Maintain relationships with vendors and address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by
       franchisees related to vendors. 

·Continually educate franchisees on the most effective use of the Vendor Hub and the benefits
       available.

·Support vendor acquisition and onboarding as needed. 

·Assist in the planning and execution of strategy meetings, conferences, regional meetings, and
       other company sponsored meetings related to the vendor program. 

· Work independently to meet deadlines and prioritize projects and assignments.    

·Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

·Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook is required. 

·This is a Dallas local hybrid role requiring 2 days per week in the office with 3 days remote
       on stable internet. 

 

Education & Experience:
Experience: Two (2) or more years of sales or outbound customer service experience preferred. 
Education: Degree preferred but sufficient experience and a strong track record is acceptable.
 
Compensation:

Commensurate with experience - base salary and commission opportunity.
