We are seeking a Property and Casualty Insurance Agent with expertise in personal lines, including homeowners and auto insurance. The primary responsibility of this role is to quote new customers, convert quotes into active policies, and manage client relationships. The ideal candidate must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and should have a strong background in customer service, insurance quoting, and policy conversion.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide personalized insurance quotes for potential clients focusing on home and auto insurance.
- Convert quotes into active insurance policies by explaining policy features and benefits to customers.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to ensure accurate and thorough client interactions.
- Communicate with customers in both English and Spanish to effectively serve a diverse client base.
- Handle multiple client accounts simultaneously, managing communication and follow-ups efficiently.
- Achieve or exceed sales and conversion targets set by the company.

**Requirements:**
- **Licensing:** Active Property and Casualty Insurance License (Required).
- **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years of experience in selling personal lines insurance, including homeowners and auto policies.
- **Skills:** Strong multitasking skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- **Language:** Bilingual (English and Spanish).
- **Technical Proficiency:** Familiarity with insurance quoting tools and CRM systems.
