Location: Tampa, FL
Pay: $110K-140K
Employment Type: Direct Hire
Our clients are Top ENR general contractors and developers seeking talented Superintendents nationwide. They offer a competitive salary + bonus, excellent benefits, and additional perks Our client is seeking a Traveling Superintendent based in Tampa for projects located throughout Florida. This role is open to a Tampa, a traveling Florida, or a national traveling Superintendent.
Most of the work is between Tampa, Gainesville, and Orlando with a few being out of state in the future. This opportunity is also open to strongly qualified Assistant Superintendents.
What You’ll Do
- Maintain quality standards for all aspects of the project
- Serve as the leader for all on-site safety, managing a safe job site for all involved
- Foster good working relationships with all subcontractors on the project
- Collaborate with project managers and site operation leads
- Organize facilities/utilities
Requirements
- Must have 3-8 years of experience with ground-up, larger commercial projects (medical, tilt, etc.).
- Proficiency in MS Office and Procore
- Stable work history and good tenure with references
