Staff Pharmacist - Hospital Outpatient
Location: Macomb, IL

About the Position:
McDonough District Hospital is seeking two dedicated Staff Pharmacists to join our Outpatient Pharmacy team. This is a direct hire opportunity with the chance for growth and advancement within our organization. As a Staff Pharmacist, you will primarily work in our Outpatient Hospital Retail setting but will also receive training for Long-Term Care (LTC) and Inpatient Hospital environments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform order entry using Pioneer Rx system
- Maintain accurate patient records and medication profiles
- Provide pharmaceutical care to outpatients
- Assist in training for LTC and inpatient pharmacy duties

Schedule:
- Rotating 8-hour shifts
- Rotating weekends, nights, and holidays

Requirements:
- Previous retail pharmacy experience
- Willingness to be cross-trained in LTC and inpatient pharmacy settings
- Valid Illinois pharmacy license
