A regional homebuilding company is looking for an estimator/purchasing manager. The daily task are

Vendor and subcontractor price negotiations and relations.

Preparing estimates by trade.

Preparing estimates for the construction of a job.

Preparing material estimates.

Estimate sales add-ons and options.

Managing the Permit process.

Managing the Utility process for starts.

Providing information to site planners, municipalities, engineers, architects, etc.

Work closely with Sales and Construction departments to facilitate in the constructing and pricing of jobs.
