What You'll Do As A Containment Coordinator

  • Supervising, training, and validating all SAP Specialists in the Body Shop & Assembly
  • Interfacing with logistics and VW production to coordinate material flow
  • Ensuring all materials follow the specified flow via the logic outlined in the QMS
  • Ensuring proper tagging of rejected materials (NCD tags/ ILRs)
  • Ensuring claims are completed in a timely manner
  • Ensuring TILs for each BIN remain low, and escalate as needed to resolve
  • Monitor and communicate on all buffers through use of Q2 tracking systems
  • Triage and communicate Containment Activities based on Buffers vs. Suspect Stocks
  • Fostering a caring and inclusive team environment
  • Develop your team and identify new leadership talent

The Preferred Candidate Might:

  • Have SAP experience
  • Have SOP experience
  • Previous experience in the same or similar position
