Job DescriptionJob Description

Now hiring Machine Operators for a manufacturing company in West Chester for 2nd and 3rd shifts.


2nd shift: 2pm – 11pm.

3rd shift: 12am – 8am.

Training is on 1st shift, 7am – 3pm.

Weekly pay at $17 per hour.


The Machine Operator is responsible for the set-up, operation, and monitoring of machinery.


Job Duties:

  • Set up, operate, and tend to machines.
  • Utilize machinery to properly cut, shear, slit, punch, crimp, notch, bend, or straighten metal or plastic materials.
  • Examine all products for quality using precision measuring instruments.
  • Use hand tools to remove chipped edges or correct marred surfaces.
  • Keep accurate documentation of materials used to avoid shortages.
  • Transport materials to and from work stations as needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness of workstations.
  • Any other task requested by a supervisor.
