Seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor to join our growing practice. You will play a crucial role in providing therapeutic support to individuals, couples, or families who are facing challenges. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based techniques and approaches to help clients gain insight, develop coping strategies, and achieve therapeutic goals.
Requirements:
- Master's or doctoral degree in psychology, counseling, or a related field.
- Valid license or certification as a psychotherapist.
- Proven experience in conducting therapy sessions and working with diverse populations.
- Strong knowledge of various therapeutic techniques and approaches.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Empathy, compassion, and the ability to establish rapport with clients.
- Strong ethical standards and adherence to confidentiality guidelines.
We provide billing, office management, and clients leaving you free to provide excellent clinical care. 15 to 20 direct hours per week, you manage your schedule. Must have current, unencumbered Texas license, current CAQH, minimum 3 years experience providing direct care, and prefer additional clinical certifications, EMDR, DBT, RPT, etc
