Job DescriptionJob DescriptionA well established, internationally known, knitwear brand wholesaler located in Troy, MI, is seeking a full-time Client Service Representative.

This is an exciting opportunity to gain valuable experience in the Contemporary wholesale market.
 
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years work experience in Customer Service.
Must be detail oriented, well organized, responsible and independent.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks with excellent follow-through.
Must be a team player.
Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
Ability to think quickly and make decisions under pressure.

Education:
College degree preferred.

Responsibilities:
The Client Service Representative will work directly with sales reps and stores both domestically and internationally in daily activities involving the following: 
- Entering wholesale orders, organizing account files, performing credit checks.
- Handling return requests and exchange orders.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite 
-Provide accurate information to customers about products
-Investigating and resolving customer issues promptly. 
-Analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.
