Talent Staffer

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Part-Time Talent Staffers. As a Talent Staffer, you will be responsible for recruiting youth from local high schools who are interested in participating in our Spring & Summer youth job program.

Responsibilities:

        •       Recruit a minimum of 20 youth from each high school visited.
        •       Collect essential information from recruited youth, including social media handles, phone numbers, ages, and shirt sizes.
        •       Ensure that each recruited youth follows the company's social media accounts.
        •       Maintain a positive and engaging attitude while interacting with high school students.
        •       Adhere to company policies and guidelines regarding recruitment procedures.
        •       Provide feedback and suggestions for improving recruitment strategies and processes.

Qualifications:
        •       High school diploma or equivalent.
        •       Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
        •       Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
        •       Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
        •       Comfortable engaging with youth and building rapport.
        •       Reliable transportation to travel to various high schools in the area.
        •       Flexibility to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends.
