Project Engineer:

MCIs ideal candidate for being a project engineer would be someone who meets the following criteria:

  • Driven by their aspirations to grow in the industry through hands on experience.
  • Ability to be flexible with day to day tasks to meet project needs and support field staff accordingly.
  • Create their own workflow or be innovative in their tasks and how they are managed and complete with guidance as required.
