We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Master Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance, particularly with European cars. They should have a passion for diagnosing and fixing a wide range of vehicle issues, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair a variety of automotive issues including engines, transmissions, brakes, electrical systems, and more.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and inspections.
  • Use diagnostic tools and equipment to accurately identify problems and determine the best course of action.
  • Provide clear and detailed explanations of repairs to customers, ensuring they understand the work being done.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following all safety and environmental guidelines.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive technology and repair techniques.
  • Assist and mentor junior mechanics, sharing knowledge and expertise.
  • Ensure all repairs and maintenance are performed to the highest standards.

Qualifications:

  • ASE Master Technician Certification required; additional certifications preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience as a mechanic in an auto repair shop or dealership.
  • Own tools required for the job.
  • Proficiency with diagnostic scanners and ability to read diagrams.
  • Familiarity with Tekmetric and ProDemand software.
  • Extensive knowledge of European cars.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Work History:

  • Reliable and punctual, available to work 5 days a week.
  • Proven ability to work in a team environment.
  • Willingness to teach and mentor junior mechanics.
