STAFFING SPECIALIST

Schedule is Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm. Eligible for a performance-based hybrid work model.

Training will occur in Owatonna, MN.

STAFFING SPECIALIST MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Recruits and identifies qualified candidates to build and maintain a candidate pool with the goal of eventually interviewing, hiring and placing those who are qualified employees.
  • Thoroughly enters all candidate and employee files into our CRM
  • Communicates with applicants and employees regarding interviews and provides them with status updates.
  • Coaches candidates and employees on interview skills, attendance, attitude, appearance and hygiene.
  • Provides verbal or in-person check-ins on the employee’s first day, as well as subsequent client follow-up regarding the attendance and performance of the employee.
  • Manages and develops client relationships. Provides recruiting status updates for open orders, quality checks for employees currently working and identifies potential new orders.
  • Meets with clients in person, attends tours and presents service reviews as needed.
  • Performs all daily office tasks such as entering paperwork, answering phones and greeting applicants in a timely and professional manner by successfully multi-tasking.

STAFFING SPECIALIST KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • High School Diploma or GED and two years of work experience in a professional office setting preferred
  • Effective written and verbal communication. Must be comfortable communicating face-to-face, via the phone or over email.
  • Ability to work in and add value to a team environment.
  • Must have valid driver's license.
