55 year-old established company is seeking a mechanically Inclined Person with a good driving record to be trained as a Jr. Field Service Technician who will performing Maintenance on Industrial engines and motors

This person will be trained to go out to customer locations and make repairs or test industrial motors.

Must Have’s:

  • Clean driving record because they will be driving a company trucks
  • Relatively clean background, no felonies
  • Able to perform work at customer locations
  • M-F Hours may vary depending on site work performed, example may start at 7a or may end at 6p, and this position has a high chance of overtime.

Pay & Benefits:

  • Pay Range: $20-$22 per hour depending on experience.
  • Direct Hire

What will I be doing after being trained?:

  • Services and installs all equipment according to an established service schedule, customer specification, and/or company standards within acceptable time frames as well as troubleshoots and rectifies potential problems on location.
  • Applies knowledge of products and services and seeks training/education as appropriate.
  • Works with ESDS items and follows ESD program.
  • Documents legibly and accurately all work completed according to company policy and submits on a timely basis.
  • Works closely with management and customer (as needed) to ensure timely scheduling of installations, repairs, and service work
  • Ensures proper running condition of vehicle and schedules routine maintenance.
  • Builds and maintains customer relations in field to ensure excellent customer service and enhance the company’s relationship.
  • Wears clean company uniforms and presents a good company image.
  • Reads and understands customer instructions and specifications.
  • Responsible for gathering and transporting all equipment and tools required for job.
