Title:                       Project Manager I

Location:              Temecula, CA OR St Paul, MN

Contract:              6+ months Contract

(Must work Onsite from one of these two locations - no remote work)

·         Will be responsible for Project Management for Medical Devices implementation of EUMDR through final stages for EU Certification and International roll out.

·         Plans and directs schedules, Monitors the program/project from initiation through delivery while interfacing with customers on process, regulation interpretation, technical matters, and integration into the Quality System.

·         Drives completion of the program/project to deliver on schedule.

·         Presents program strategies and updates to executive management and stakeholders.

·         Looking for someone with 3 to 6 years of experience with Project Management of large scale projects, and PMP certification is a plus, Medical Device, EUMDR, and IT background. MDR background is an advantage.

·         Will work with complex topics in breaking those down to understandable terms.

·         Must have had IT exposure to systems and how they involve process and data gathering.

·         Does not need IT support but rather needs a Project Manager who understands IT and can functionalize such within Quality Systems and the Methodology to be able to drive program.

·         Top 3 Skills: 1) Strong Leadership - be able to drive deliverables 2.) Strong Communication - deals with complex topics and 3) Organizational skills

·         Will be working with one manager but across various teams/functional groups and a significant number of people involving six divisions

·         Will not be converting to FTE but will be 12 months in duration with the possibility to extend.

·         Bachelors Degree Required (Pharma, Med. Device, PMP, Engineering, and Quality are all good and relevant but don't limit to these if they have the experience needed).

Interviews - video conference with camera on 45 to 60 minutes, then a second interview.
