We are currently seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team as a full-time Landscaper. The ideal candidate will be reliable, eager to learn, and possess a valid Virginia Driver's License along with a current copy of their driving record.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform various landscaping tasks including mowing, trimming, planting, and mulching.
  • Operate landscaping equipment and machinery safely and efficiently.
  • Communicate effectively with managers and co-workers to ensure job site efficiency, quality, and safety.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements:

  • Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic.
  • Valid Virginia Driver's License and a clean driving record.
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Previous landscaping experience is preferred but not required.
