Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Restoration Technician to join our dynamic team in the Jacksonville region. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in executing restoration projects with precision, ensuring the highest quality of service for our clients. Our technicians pride themselves on being friendly, timely, professional, and their ability to communicate clearly and politely with clients and team members alike.

Responsibilities:
- Execute water damage restoration, fire damage restoration, and mold remediation projects, in addition to any general restoration needs of our clients.
- Conduct thorough assessments and inspections to determine the scope of restoration work.
- Perform removal, cleanup, and repair activities to restore damaged properties.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient project completion.
- Uphold Full Spectrum's commitment to our White Glove Service standards, providing meticulous attention to detail and ensuring client satisfaction.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in restoration services preferred.
- IICRC certification is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's license and *reliable transportation*.
