Overview: As a Warehouse Labeler Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient and accurate labeling of products and inventory within our warehouse facility. You will be responsible for labeling, tagging, and marking various items according to established procedures and guidelines. This role requires attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Labeling and Tagging: Accurately apply labels, tags, and other identification markers to products and inventory items based on specific requirements and instructions.

  2. Quality Control: Inspect labels and tags for accuracy, legibility, and adherence to company standards before affixing them to products.

  3. Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records by ensuring that all items are properly labeled and categorized.

  4. Team Collaboration: Work closely with warehouse associates and supervisors to prioritize labeling tasks and ensure timely completion of assignments.

  5. Adherence to Safety and Procedures: Follow all safety protocols and procedures while performing labeling tasks to maintain a safe working environment.

  6. Documentation: Record and maintain labeling activities and inventory updates in electronic systems or logs as required.

  7. Problem Solving: Identify and report labeling discrepancies, damaged labels, or any issues related to labeling processes to the appropriate personnel for resolution.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Prior experience in warehouse operations or labeling preferred but not required; training will be provided.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in labeling and data entry.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with team members.
  • Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory tracking purposes.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds.
  • Extended periods of standing, walking, and repetitive motion.
