We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant General Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will ensure a strong focus on our company's core values and lead our team to achieve hospitality, sales, and profit objectives while maintaining the highest standards of quality food, beverage, service, cleanliness, organization, and sanitation.

Experience Requirements

  • 2+ years as an Assistant General Manager in a stand-alone full-service, casual/upscale restaurant with $2M+ average annual volume.
  • 2+ years managing the kitchen of a stand-alone restaurant (no hotel, banquet, or catering-only experience).
  • Ability to work 50-55 hrs/week.
  • Demonstrated success in P&L analysis and management is a must.
  • Proven ability to manage food and labor costs while maintaining excellent food quality and customer experience.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with all stakeholders, including team members, managers, senior leaders, corporate employees, customers, and vendors.
  • Success in developing employees and promoting them to leadership positions.
