We are seeking an Inside Sales Associate/Log Cabin Specialist to join our team

Responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet prospective clients
  • Provide information and direction to interested prospects
  • Create client information in database for follow-ups
  • Maintain a database of 150 viable prospects
  • Resolve customer inquiries within 24 hours
  • Create quotes and contracts
  • Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
  • Utilize referrals for future business
  • Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline

​Qualifications:

  • Must have HS Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years direct business to customer sales experience
  • Proficient in all MS applications
  • Basic knowledge of home building process
  • Ability to build a lasting rapport with clients
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Must have the ability to work 40+hours a week including weekends with rotating weekday and weekend days off
  • Must be able to pass drug screen and background check
