Summary
The 10th floor receptionist/admin assistant operates multi-line telephone system to answer incoming calls and directs callers to appropriate firm members and performs the following duties:
Essential Functions
Daily Duties
- Prepares communications, memos and other correspondence to the firm
- Coordinates conference room scheduling
- Submits office space maintenance requests to landlord
- Coordinates lunches for meetings and events
- Coordinates attorney Continuing Legal Education (CLE)
- Maintains electronic library resource materials
Qualifications
- Positive and friendly attitude
- Attention to detail is essential
- Strong organizational skills
- Flexibility to move fluidly between duties
- Strong spelling, grammar, and punctuation skills are imperative for success in this role
- High school diploma or general education degree; or one to three months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
