Sales Trainer

- Train new loan partners, offering comprehensive guidance and knowledge.
- Conduct floor walking to support and guide sales teams in real-time
- Develop and deliver effective training programs tailored to the needs of loan partners.
- Conduct training sessions, workshops, and webinars for loan partners.
- Provide ongoing coaching and support to sales team members to reinforce learning and improve performance
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in sales training and incorporate them into training programs

Qualifications:
- No experience required but preferred. Training will be provided.
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Technical writing skills for creating training materials

- Motivated, energetic, and capable of inspiring and coaching others.
