Job Title: Rand Hand/Ranch Worker

Location: Tucson – Next door to 49er Country Club in Tanque Verde

Terms: Full-Time (Sunday – Thursday. 7am- 5pm with two-hour lunch)

Salary/Rate: $19.00/hour

Focus Gives Inc is a dedicated community stable located in Tucson, AZ. We provide a safe haven to retired and unwanted reining and reined cow horses who no longer can compete due to health issues while also providing riding to veterans and others in the community who are ailing, aging, or have health issues.

Primary Responsibilities:

·        Clean stalls, water, and feed 44 horses. Work is divided between several full-time employees.

·        Landscaping and general ranch maintenance: mow lawn, pick up branches, weed whack ranch areas, rake leaves, sweep.

Candidate Requirements:

·        Must be willing to work outside in inclement weather.

·        Must be able to communicate well with co-workers.

·        Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

·        Must be eligible to work in the U.S.

·        Hire is contingent on the successful completion of a background check.
