Expert Staffing West is seeking an experienced Lead Press Brake Operator

Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00 am - 2:30 pm
Pay: $24/hr - $28/hr, depending on experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Uphold company policies and procedures as outlined in the corporate handbook.
- Lead and guide a team of employees involved in production, including machine operators, inspectors, and fabricators.
- Coordinate work schedules, assignments, and production sequences to achieve goals set by the supervisor.
- Inspect materials, products, and equipment to identify defects or malfunctions.
- Monitor operations to ensure compliance with production standards using various gauges, dials, and indicators.
- Train employees on equipment operation, safety procedures, and best practices.
- Interpret blueprints, job orders, and company policies for workers to ensure proper execution of tasks.
- Analyze production schedules, work orders, and reports to assess production requirements and performance.
- Set up and adjust machines and equipment to optimize production efficiency.
Skills Required:
- At least 2 years of experience operating Press Brake machines, such as Amada, Cincinnati, or Trumpf.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in setting up and operating machines for cutting, shearing, punching, bending, or straightening metal or plastic materials.
- Proven experience in leading or supervising a team.
- Strong understanding of production processes, with effective communication skills in both oral and written forms.
