Shift: Day Shifts, Monday-Friday (No weekends)

We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Physical Therapist to join our team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care in our outpatient facility. If you are passionate about making a difference in the lives of patients and thrive in a supportive environment, we encourage you to apply
Physical Therapist Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of patients' conditions to develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement and evaluate treatment plans to address patients' needs and goals effectively.
- Perform therapy interventions using standard physical therapy techniques and skills tailored to each patient's condition.
- Supervise and provide guidance to physical therapy assistants, students, and support personnel.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care.
Physical Therapist Qualifications:
- Master's Degree or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy
- Experience with electronic medical charting
- Licensed or eligible for licensure to practice in the State of Connecticut
- Experience in pelvic floor rehabilitation
