  • Manage weekly/biweekly master production schedule and periodic schedule change per priority.
  • Develop Kanban system to insure FIFO method on Inventory
  • Maintain accurate inventory records, monitor safety stock levels with 90 days minimum rolling cycles maintained and communicate low stock items to the supply chain manager.
  • Negotiate price, lead time, etc to meet the delivery time of the scheduled production.
  • Develop and maintain production schedules based on customer demand and inventory levels
  • Develop PM Schedule and vendor scorecard performance report monthly.
  • Develop warehouse space optimization and cost-effective process optimiation of scheduled production based on capacity and manpower evaluation..
  • Determine root cause analysis (RCA) on inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions to eliminate repetitive errors.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate execution of production plans.
  • Maintain production schedule for all production and packaging activities, create work order and coordinate with any concerned depts to adjust/reschedule if necessary and required.
  • Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends, forecast demand, and adjust schedules accordingly.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and components.
  • Check components and raw material availability prior to scheduling and ensure production deadlines are met.
  • Follow up with raw material and components ordering process, make sure items delivered on time.
  • Optimize inventory levels to minimize carrying costs while meeting customer service targets.
  • Manage daily/weekly/monthly production plans based on sales forecast.
  • Conduct regular meetings with production teams to communicate schedule changes and address any issues or concerns.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain/Warehouse management or related fields
  • Proven experience in production planning, scheduling, or related roles.
  • Experience with ERP system a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Minimum 1 year work experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
  • Comfortable working in a high volume, fast paced environment where priorities can shift quickly.
  • Possess strong analytical, project planning, organization, prioritization and decision-making skills
