Overview
We are seeking a skilled Senior Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction estimating, project management, flat roofing and cost control. If you are detail-oriented and possess strong analytical skills, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate and timely cost estimates for construction projects
- Analyze project specifications and drawings to determine the scope of work
- Collaborate with construction teams to understand project requirements
- Utilize software such as Bluebeam and HeavyBid for estimating purposes
- Review and negotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers
- Monitor construction sites to assess progress and ensure cost efficiency

Requirements
- Proven experience in construction estimating and project management
- Proficiency in using software tools like Bluebeam, HeavyBid, or similar programs
- Strong knowledge of construction management principles
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field is preferred
- Familiarity with cost control techniques and pricing strategies
