Todds in Home Care is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as In-home caregivers and CNA's. In these roles you will provide essential support and assistance to individuals with disabilities, seniors, or adults in need of care. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others, to keep them at home.

Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, light housekeeping, and laundry
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Medication reminders
- Assist with mobility and transfers, including heavy lifting when necessary
- Help with meal planning, preparation, and feeding
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients
- Follow all HIPAA regulations to ensure client privacy and confidentiality

Experience:
- Previous experience in caregiving or patient care is preferred but not expected
- Experience working with disabled individuals or seniors is a plus
- Knowledge of first aid procedures is beneficial
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, their families, and staff
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively

- For CNA - certification required
