Overview:
We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team. As a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for setting up and operating computer numerical control (CNC) machines to produce precision parts. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

Duties:
- Set up and operate CNC machines to perform machining operations such as turning, milling, drilling, and tapping
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications to determine machining operations
- Use CAD software to program machines and create tool paths
- Monitor machine operations to ensure parts are produced within specified tolerances
- Use precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges to verify dimensions of finished parts
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise during the machining process
- Collaborate with other team members to optimize production processes

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a CNC Machinist or similar role
- Proficiency in operating CNC machines and programming using CAD software
- Strong knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing)
- Familiarity with precision measuring instruments
- Experience with Mazatrol or Fanuc controls is preferred
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with tight tolerances
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of assembly techniques and use of hand tools
- Forklift certification is a plus
