Welder/Fabricator

We are a job shop CNC turning and boring mills, welding, and fabrication shop in our 62nd year of business. We manufacture a wide variety of components but specializing in stainless steel vacuum chambers, large weldments, and related components. We work a 4-day work week with overtime on Friday.

Responsibilities of the Welder/Fabricator

• Perform MIG, TIG, and we manufacture a wide variety of components.
• Follow blueprints and drawings and take measurements to plan layout and procedures.
• Determine the appropriate welding equipment or method based on requirements.
• Set up components for welding according to specifications.
• Other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications of the Welder/Fabricator

• Minimum 1 year of welding/fabricating experience or training is required.
• Must be able to read and interpret blueprints.
• Ability to bring personal protective equipment and prove welding capability during interview.
• Working knowledge of electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems is a plus
