Responsibilities:

  • Expertly install heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential homes.
  • Strictly adhere to all safety procedures and regulations, ensuring a safe work environment.
  • Engage with customers, ensuring their satisfaction with the work performed.
  • Train and supervise junior technicians, sharing your expertise.
  • Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems as required to deliver exceptional service.
Lead Installer Requirements:

  • Experience: 5+ years of hands-on HVAC installation experience.
  • Skills: Mastery of HVAC systems installation, with strong technical abilities.
  • Customer Focused: Excellent customer service skills to ensure a positive client experience.
  • Leadership: Ability to work independently while leading a team.
  • Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Credentials: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Install Helper Requirements:

  • Mechanically Inclined: A strong interest in HVAC systems and basic mechanical skills.
  • Tools: Possession of basic hand tools.
  • Experience: Some prior experience in HVAC or related fields is a plus.
  • Team Player: A strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
  • Communication: Ability to understand and follow technical instructions.
  • Reliability: Punctuality and a readiness to dive into hands-on work.
