Flight Checker

We have an incredible opportunity for a dynamic, inspirational team members to join our New York team as a Flight Checker. Please submit your resume highlighting your relevant experience. 

Work Schedule:

• 1st Shift: 6:00AM to 2:30PM
• 2nd Shift: 3:00PM-11:30PM

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for checking prepared meals, ensuring that the meals are matching with the specification and comply with menu cards.
• You will also ensure you have to checked any requests for special meals or last-minute requests (additional meals, aircraft changes, return catering, etc.).
• Report any discrepancies with labelling or paperwork to Shift Manager.
• You will be responsible to do final quality and quantity checks on packed flights

Qualifications:

• Ability to work in chilled environment
• Have a basic understanding of Food Safety, you will attend training as part of the role to achieve Level 2 Food Safety
• Meticulous attention to detail and data driven with the ability to influence different departments to suggest, implement and track solutions
