Job Title: Import/Export Analyst - B
Location (On-site, Remote, or Hybrid?): Minnetonka, MN (onsite)
Contract Duration: until 11/19/2024
Working Hours: 8AM - 4:30PM

  • Support internal customers in coordinating the inbound and outbound shipment process.
  • Ensure that all related documentation and record keeping is compliant with U.S. Import & Export Regulations.
  • Position requires knowledge of import/export logistics, international freight forwarding, and use of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule or Schedule B commodity codes.
  • Creating Proforma InvoicesClassifying commodities according to HTS and/or Schedule B
  • Maintaining updated FDA and Other Agency data
  • NAFTA Certificates of Origin
  • Filing Shipper's Export Declarations
  • Maintain Inbound/Outbound Shipment Log and Filing System
  • Shipment Tracking and Follow Up
  • Logistics Coordinating/Assistance
  • Compliance/Audit, Audit Customs Brokerage Invoices.
  • 4-6 yrs. exp. High School Diploma and or G.E.D.

Other preferred experience and background that would be of preference:

  • License Customs broker or Certified Customs Specialist preferred
  • Knowledgeable and able to classify USMCA preferred status product for Maquilas
  • Knowledgeable and able to determine and document country of origin
  • Will have to take a basic classification exam from corporate office to be a certified classifier
