Our client is seeking an experienced Machine Operator who also has Machine maintenance experience

Your duties will include setting up the machine, monitoring production, ensuring product specifications are met, performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting machine issues, and some machine operation.

Responsibilities:

  • Setup machine according to production requirements
  • Monitor machine operation to ensure smooth and efficient production
  • Adjust machine settings as needed to meet product specifications
  • Inspect finished products for quality and consistency
  • Perform regular maintenance tasks on machines to keep them in good working condition
  • Troubleshoot machine issues and make necessary adjustments or repairs
  • Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment
  • Keep accurate records of production activities and machine maintenance.
  • Run winding machine to cover breaks

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a machine operator
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals and schematics
  • Ability to use hand tools, power tools and diagnostic equipment
  • Ability to lift 50lbs
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain quality standards
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication skills
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures

.This is a first shift position : Monday -Friday 8:00 am -5:00 pm .
