Position Summary:
This position will be responsible for leading preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, diagnostics and repair of the building and material handling systems.

** Must be willing to take assessment for hiring process **

:

* Troubleshoot, maintain and repair all aspects of building maintenance, material handling systems &
conveyors.
* Diagnose, using test equipment, electrical and electronic control systems and other related equipment,
devices or components.
* Understanding of schematics, plans and blue prints.
* Ability to maintain, and troubleshoot basic power distribution systems, branch circuits, lighting systems,
transformers, and wiring methods and materials.
* Ability to, maintain, and troubleshoot basic relay logic, ladder diagrams, control components: photo
eyes, motor starters, relays, limit switches, proximity sensors, timers, solenoids, Servo drives, frequency
inverters, linear drives, tachs, and encoders.
* Knowledge of lock out tag out procedures.
* Knowledge of working w/ 3 phase 480V & 277V distribution panels & switchgears, using arc flash
protection.
* Maintain accuracy of facility and equipment systems documentation using CMMS.
* Demonstrate safe work practices that comply with Occupational Safety and Health Standards ensuring
safety of personnel and safe operation of equipment.
* Operate equipment: scissor and boom lifts, hand tools, and energy management equipment to perform
system support tasks as required.

Basic Qualifications:
* 2 to 3 years of experience in industrial maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of automated material
handling equipment and associated I/O devices.
* Advanced knowledge of operation and repair of material handling equipment.
* Advanced knowledge of power tools, pneumatic, or hydraulic tools. Excellent written and verbal
communication skills required.
* Capable of getting manlift & forklift certification
* Knowledge of working with computers using Microsoft Office and CMMS programs.
* High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications:
* At least 3
-5 years of experience with conveyors, electrical systems, & building maintenance
* Advanced knowledge of electrical components and their function in a control system. Compressors,
Pneumatics
- knows what they do and how to take readings. Able to reset, change out filters, oils and
basic compressor experience.
* Basic knowledge of controls systems & PLC's.

Physical Demands:
Lift and move items up to 75 pounds each
Regular bending, lifting, stretching and reaching both below the waist and above the head
Occasionally push and pull wheeled dollies loaded with products up to 100 pounds
Engage in full manual dexterity in both hands and wrists
Walking in the DC/FC and around area with great frequency
Ability to work in construction /distribution environments that may be noisy, unlit, unheated, not air
-conditioned
Must be able to stand/walk for up to 8
-12 hours
Able to access all areas of building (ascending and descending ladders, stairs, etc.)
Candidates must be authorized to work lawfully in the United States.
