RPH on the Go is seeking a motivated and skilled Inpatient Pharmacist to join our team in Tucson, AZ. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic healthcare environment on a 7 on 7 off schedule. As an Inpatient Pharmacist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and effective use of medications for our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and interpret physician orders to ensure accurate medication dispensing and administration.
  • Compound and dispense medications according to established protocols and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize medication therapy and patient outcomes.
  • Perform medication reconciliation and provide drug information to healthcare team members.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and medication safety programs.
  • Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations and pharmacy policies.

Shift:

  • 8:00pm to 6:30am
  • 7 on / 7 off overnight schedule

Qualifications:

  • AZ Pharmacist License
  • 1+ year or more of recent inpatient experience
  • Available to start right away
