This position requires a Florida Home Inspector's license. This is a must.

We pride ourselves in providing exceptional customer service to our clients, before, during and after the inspection. We guide them through the inspection process and educate them on the condition of the property, without alarming them. We currently offer residential, commercial, insurance, mold inspections, WDO and Sewer, with plans to expand our offerings.

Must have excellent English verbal and written communication skills, smartphone aptitude and the ability to work under tight deadlines. Must have your own reliable transportation to drive to each job site. This position covers the Tri-County area.

InterNACHI CPI or FABI or other industry standard certification required.
